- Check-in time is 16 and check-out is by 11
- Quiet hours are 15-17 and 23-08. You are kindly requested to respect the neighborhood! In case of violation the police will be called on site. Non compliance is subject to cancellation of reservation without refund.
- Parties and Sound Systems are not allowed
- Smoking is not allowed.
- There are free parking on premises parking facilities available at the property.
- Pets are allowed at the property (max 2 pets) with an extra charge of 100 Euros to be paid at the property.
- Laundry facilities (washing machine and tumble dryer) available without charge only for 4+ days long stay. For shorter stays, laundry facilities available for an additional 25€/person fee to be collected in advance at property.
- Car wash is not allowed.
- Maximum water consumption 0.2 cu.m. per person per day. Exceeding limit is subject to additional fees
