Enjoying a private location, just five minutes from Ftelia beach (considered the best beach for Kite surfing ) and seven minutes drive from the traditional village of Anna Mera one feels the soothing sensation of infinite views as the summer unfolds at its best. The 400sqm Villa is situated in an 8000 sq. meter private property just 300m from the sea.It is surrounded by a stone fence and it is comprised of 4 independent guest-houses and a smaller stone built bedroom with a bathroom next to it. . On the upper level is the central guest-house as well as the pergola and the infinity pool (14x5.5 meters). There is a sitting area around it with teak sun loungers and a BBQ. The central apartment (on the upper floor ) is approx. 75sqm with a master bedroom that has a magnificent view, one spacious marble cover bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a living room. Through an outdoor stairway, one goes to the other 3 guest houses on the second level. The central apartment is approx. 85 sqm with 1 bedroom with a queen bed, a living room, one bathroom,a dining area with kitchen and a separate area with two single beds. Next to this is a smaller apartment with a sitting area, bathroom, and 2 single beds. On the other side of the central guesthouse is a large suite approx. 55 sqm with queen bed and bathroom as well as a sitting area.
The house faces the sandy beaches of Panormos and Agios Sostis and amazing sunsets as you may read from previous guests that stayed with us,,,,,, The South beaches are at very close proximity, around 10 minutes drive. However, one can always enjoy the pool equipped with 8 sun loungers, and a teak comfortable sofa. The pergola is very spacious with a sitting facility for 12 persons. Private dining at home or lunch is provided with fine Mediterranean cuisine at an extra cost.
There is a parking space for 6 - 10 cars. Every day the pool is maintained and we provide daily housekeeping at a flexible time to provide maximum comfort. Many other services could be outsourced upon request ( boat renting, private cook, etc ).
