The property consists of a central house called the Playhouse, with the pool, the main communal spaces, and a private home cinema.
Built as satellites around that are a master suite called the “Keli” and then above that, a typical Mykonian house offers a further 4 suites with dramatic views.
Once you park your car at the entrance pergola, you enter from the principle balcony door into the playhouse.There you will find a living room with a wood burning fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, the home cinema with 5 sofas in theatric position and the gym.
The terrace has sunbathing areas and a shaded pergola for outdoor dining.
At the left side of the playhouse, you will find the ‘’Keli’’, a 120 sqm suite. As you enter you will
see a living room with a wood-burning fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen. There is a double
bedroom with en suite bathroom with an astonishing Boffi bathtub and shower, dressing room and amazing sea view from all the windows of the suite. On the outdoor balcony you
can sit and relax under the shade of the pergola.
A few meters away and in the right side of the playhouse is located suite number two with double bedroom a Queen size bed, en suite bathroom and dressing room. There is also a second room with a single bed suitable for a child with en suite bathroom. It also offers an amazing sea view from the windows and balcony.
The other two suites are built together in undivided area but totally independent from each other as they have both private entrances. The first suite includes two double bedrooms with en suite bathroom and dressing room and the second suite includes a master bedroom with Queen size bed en suite bathroom with bathtub and a dressing room. Both suites offer amazing sea view and direct access to the outdoor area, pool, jacuzzi and the other suites.
