The space
The villa with its traditional Cycladic design and architectural aesthetic of white elements, traditional stone and wood beamed ceilings, is perfectly harmonized with the charming natural surrounding and creates an ideal atmosphere for relaxation, tranquility and wellness.
This 180 m² (1938 ft²) villa, spread across two levels, can host up to 6 guests. The indoor space is 180 square meters and features a living/dining room, three air-conditioned bedrooms each with its own wardrobe and two bathrooms. Built according to the local architecture, the villa is decorated in white lines and is divided into 2 levels.
Entering the villa, guests are welcomed in a spacious living room area with comfortable sofas and a fully equipped open plan kitchen which includes the dining table. Guests can enjoy a meal or drink while enjoying the most magnificent view of the Aegean Sea at the breathtaking sunlight. The ground floor living area is spacious and consists of large sofas, WIFI, a Smart satellite TV with Netflix, YouTube and international channels. On the same floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with a ceramic hob oven, large fridge and microwave, as well as everything one will need. The lower floor area consists of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a built-in shower.
The outdoor area is shared with another Villa and features a spacious garden with stunning views of the surrounding hills and sea. It consists of a pool with a BBQ and a dining area. The pool space also features sunbeds, pool poufs and a hammock. It is fully furbished and equipped and has its own private parking. The area is suitable for breakfast and brunch in the shaded dining area (one for each house) and relaxing moments on the sun loungers surrounding the pool.
