Summary: Floor cracked open by door, property not thoroughly cleaned, had that general feeling of uncleanliness. Property staff mentioned a party on the island and said they’d send through details, didn’t hear from them so followed up, they communicated it was actually for the following day and would send through information. I didn’t reply and never heard anything from them
