Positive: i just can't tell you how stressed we were when our luggage was delayed in Vienna for 3 day it was really frustrating moments but Alex did help us to get new update about our luggage and checked on it, it was really lovely and I couldn't thank him enough.....we love the appartement so much it's literally close to everything, wind mill and little Venice only a walk away, if you walk behind the house you'll end up in the market where taxi boat are there. and many delicious restaurant and pita.

Negative: all are just perfect minus the luggage and Alex is a friendly host. and once again thank you ✨🌞♥️
