Kyrianna is a beautiful traditional Cretan village, only 20' from the centre of Rethymno with its lively atmosphere. The original church (11th century) was a cruciform temple with a dome and looked like the chapel of St Paul in Sfakia. In front of the church is a bell tower with three arches of unique beauty and detail.
