The villa can comfortably sleep up to 8 guests in fully air-conditioned interiors and offers unique comforts, in a relaxing and quiet environment. A large private pool (with shallow section), extensive gardens, panoramic terraces and an outdoor gym complement the setting.
Inside, the villa has been designed to offer the maximum comfort with an added touch of modern luxury. The large open-plan lounge with adjoining kitchen and dining area is perfectly equipped for all-year loving: from comfortable sofas to smart tv, from quick wi-fi to air-conditioning. The fitted kitchen is extremely well equipped for perfect self catering holiday (including large fridge/freezer, 4 cooking rings, oven, microwave, espresso machine, filter coffee machine, air-fryer, dishwasher). On the ground floor there is also a double bedroom (air-conditioned) with its own en-suite bathroom (shower) and an extra WC for guests. Stairs lead up to the upper floor, offering lovely views to the sea, the gardens and the pool. The upper floor has 3 further air-conditioned bedrooms. One of them is particularly spacious and has a king-size bed as well a separate sofa bed plus an en-suite bathroom with bathtub. The remaining 2 bedrooms have double beds and en-suite bathrooms with shower. A separate laundry room with washing machine and dryer is available for the guests. For a unique holiday experience, the property has been furnished and finished to the highest standard.
The outdoor areas of Villa Bella Sofia are a true heaven. Surrounded by extensive gardens with lawn, shrubs and flowers, the property offers a magical private swimming pool (measuring the impressive size of 10m x 5m) which also includes a shallow section. Access is via wide Roman Steps. Comfortable sunbeds and parasols are provided for long, lazy days under the shining Greek sun. Under the spacious shaded patios, guests will have the chance to enjoy a delicious charcoal grilled meal using the brick-built barbecue provided, or keep fit in the private outdoor gym area, a true rarity! But with such a nice coastline just steps away, the choice will be hard: pool or beach? Despite a car not being necessary due to the close proximity of facilities, private parking is available within the premises.
NOTES: for the convenience of our guests, the price quoted includes: Wi-fi internet, maid service twice a week, change of hand/bath towels twice a week and change of bed linen once a week, pool towels. A refundable security deposit for damages of euros 300 is required on arrival and refunded at the end of the stay.
