My place is a 400 sq.m luxury villa with 3 floors,with an internal staircase, that can accommodate max 18 people.The ground floor (140 sq.m) has an individual entrance (max 7 persons).
The first and second floor is a single space with an individual entrance ( max 11 persons).
The surrouging area is private, it has 4 parkings, big and beatiful garden, big swimming pool, private court tennis and a great view to green hills and the sea. It's suitable for couples, families (with children) and big groups.

The ground floor (140 sq.m- 7 persons) includes a kitchen-living room with fireplace, one bathroom (with jacuzzi), two bedrooms, gym, play room and one storage-laundry room.
The first and second floor (260 sq.m- 11persons) includes a kitchen-dining room, sitting room with double sided fireplace, living room with dining room of 12 people, four bedrooms, loft with a double sofa bed, three bathrooms (one exclusive use) and one w.c.
The villa is 2.2 km from Athens -Sounio seaside avenue and from the coast of Agia Marina (5 minute by car), with sandy beaches, taverns, grills, coffe shops etc. It's 13 km away from the airport and 1.5 km away from SM and gas store. Also it's 27 km from Acropolis ( 35 min by car), 30 km from Poseidon's Temple at Sounio (25 min by car) and 25 km from Artemida's Temple at Vravrona ( 20 min by car).
There are many stores around (meat market, bakery, pastry shop, souvlaki, pitseria, S.M) in 1-1.5 km distance, also in area of Varkiza (7 km distance) or Glyfada (12 km distance), as well as department stores and designer outlets near the airport area(11 km distance).

Summary: The view was absolutely incredible! It was just as beautiful in person as in the pictures. It was perfect for out while family. There was plenty of room for the kids to run around and play. There was enough room that we never felt like we were cramped together. The pool was ideal to cool of and hang out.
