About 40 minutes from the house, if you head south, you will come across the famous Elafonissi with its unique golden and red sand. In near destance you can also admire the Archaeological Museum of Kissamos, the Gonia Monastery in Kolymbari, the unique cave of Sophia of God in Topolia Kissamos, the most ancient church of Crete built in 300 AD. in Rotοnda Kissamos. Also, you can admire the ancient cities of Falassarna, Polirinia, Rokka etc in a short distance from our home. In our area you will find dozens of taverns where you can taste traditional Cretan dishes, made from local products. You can also enjoy your coffee or your drink at several cafes in the area.
