Summary: First of all, I am really greatful to the host for accommodating my large party (14+& dog) for one night. We needed a place to stay overnight in La Ceiba in order to get the earliest ferry to Roatan the next day. Booking was very easy, the check-in process was a little bumpy due to a misunderstanding on how may people were going to be staying and how much additional would be due; it was resolved before my whole party arrived…check-out was easy and convenient. My only issue with the whole process was been billed for a missing plug-in scent, but I have no way of disputing the charge because we didn’t count how many (if any) plug-ins there were when we arrived or how many were there when we left. With the house we only had an issue with the two toilets clogging at the same time and in the haste of rushing to make the ferry we broke one of the handles, I am sorry for the damage and accepted the charge to have it replaced. But other than that the house was great and spacious, just as discribed in the listing.
