Finished in 2019 in the rural village of Potamianata, overlooking the picturesque Agia Efimia, Portokalia Villa offers a new accommodation experience in Pylaros. This stunning Villa measures 270 m² and is situated on a tranquil plot of 660 sqm enjoying fascinating panoramic views. A 10 min drive takes you to the popular Agia Efimia with excellent amenities (shops, restaurants, cafés, beaches, boat and car rental, diving school and much more). Two friendly traditional taverns with delicious Greek food and a mini-market are within walking distance from the villa (10 min walk). A bigger supermarket and a bakery are just 5 min drive and the spectacular Myrtos beach 10 min drive from the villa.
The whole villa (apart from the bathrooms) benefits from a modern Air Conditioning/Heating system controlled via a central thermostat. Individual units in each room can be controlled according to your needs.
