This well equipped home has a couch and loveseat, 55 inch tv in living room, top of the line King sized gel foam mattress in master (queen mattress in 2nd bedroom) cable tv, WiFi and small office area in loft. Fully equipped kitchen with pots, pans, baking pans, storage containers, miscellaneous spices and condiments and much more. Private in unit washer and dryer.
There are 2 full bathrooms with walk in showers, one is upstairs between the 2 bedrooms (Jack and Jill style) and one is downstairs.
Bottled water and all utilities are included except electricity. Guest usage will be billed to guest at power company rate of .45/KWH. Meter will be read at beginning and end of stay. Guest has access to meter and can monitor their utility consumption. Guests will be billed for electricity on checkout day via VRBO (or if you prefer you can pay cash at checkout). Typical electricity charges for this unit typically range between $50 and $120 per week depending on your air conditioning usage.
Our units come fully equipped with everything you need from cooking utensils to linens to beach towels, kayaks and the list goes on. We also provide all the essentials to get you going such as: toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, hand soap, shampoo and shower gel. Please note that we do not refill these items. If you need more you can pick some up at Woody's grocery mart right down the street. Your unit comes with a washer and dryer but you will need to purchase your own laundry detergent.
