Plaka offers two supermarkets and plenty of restaurants , whilst being around ten minutes by car to the safe and sandy beaches of Almyrida. Outside there is a large bbq and dining area, perfect for “ al fresco “ dining and a beautiful swimming pool . Inside, a bright lounge area leads into a fully fitted kitchen, with plenty of room to eat indoors. Also on this floor is a large double bedroom and modern shower room. Stairs up lead to two further double bedrooms and family bathroom with washing machine. The generous veranda provides a perfect spot for morning cofffe or evening cocktails. Around the large pool are sun beds and a comfortable sofa area under a shady pergola. A large dining table allows plenty of room to dine close to the purpose built BBQ area.
