The summer house is situated in Kalathos village with stunning panoramic views to the amazing blue sea at Kalathos beach and Masari bay. Only 5 min drive from historic Lindos.
The house is fully refurbished with all modern facilities. When descending from the private carport you come to a private courtyard with a brick built bbq with sink and a large dining table with umbrella - the perfect setting for creating unforgettable barbecue dinners.
The front door opens to a lovely fully equipped kitchen with dining table, oven, hob, fridge/freezer, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, micro wave and dishwasher. A few steps lead down to the open plan dining/living area with comfy corner sofa, coffee table, large flat screen smart TV, dining table seating 6 and a sofa bed that can accommodate a 5th person.
There is direct access from the living room to a large furnished terrace with private spa whirlpool and stunning views over the surrounding area and out to the sea. The terrace is furnished with a relaxing sofa set and two sun loungers.
On the ground floor there is also a small bathroom with shower enclosure.
An internal staircase leads to the upper floor comprising two bedrooms and a bathroom. The master bedroom has a double bed, large storage room and en-suite bathroom with shower enclosure. There is direct access to a private furnished balcony with incredible view to the sea. The 2nd bedroom has two single beds, that can be pushed together to form a double bed, wardrobe and a large balcony overlooking the courtyard.
