The villa is built in the middle of a covered with grass private property of 2400 sq.m. The garden is surrounded by high trees, ensuring the privacy of the tenants. At the back yard there is the 40 sq.m pool with sunbeds and 2 parasols around it for relaxation in the shade. At the same side of the garden there are a barbecue and stone built benches where you can enjoy tasty meals.
