The villa has been re-designed for the 2020 season to accommodate large parties and is rented all together, as a whole property with 11 bedrooms in total, 9 bathrooms and a huge poolside dining area with kitchen for spending time all together. The accommodation is composed by 2 buildings.
The larger one, by the pool, is split over 2 floors. The ground floor houses 2 indipendent units with 2 bedrooms (one double, one twin), lounge (with single sofa bed), shower room each. The upper floor has 4 self contained suites with bedroom (2 are doibles and 2 are twin), shower and kitchenette.
The second building, by the garden, is set over one floor and has 3 self-contained indipendent units with double beds, kitchenette and shower room.
Finally, there is a large poolside room with professional kitchen and dining table where all the guests can dine together.
The clever design allows to have maximum privacy and space at night, while enjoying pleasant time together during the day or at mealtimes.
All the bedrooms feature air-conditioning with individual control. The villa is also provided with wi-fi internet, satellite TV and all the most modern facilities.
Outside, the villa has lovely gardens with lawn, as well as a large private pool with separate children area. The pool measures 12m x 6m and is surrounded by paved terraces perfect for sunbathing. Comfortable sunbeds are provided for the guests, as well as a barbecue to prepare delicios meals.
