Have a blast with water activities next to the sandy beach. We have a canoe, kayak, paddle board. The water depth slowly deepens as you make your way toward the boathouse. Water depth at the back of the boat house is 6+ft and deepens as you move further out. The cove is great for swimming, water activities, and docking boats as it is protected from most of the rough water from the main lake.
The kitchen is fully equipped with pots/pans, bake ware, utensils, coffee maker, dishwasher, dishes & glasses. The large wood dining table next to the kitchen can seat 8 to 10 people and an additional four people can sit at the breakfast nook in the kitchen. Dining next to the great stone fireplace is a must! Walk out of the dining room to the huge covered deck with three ceiling fans and plenty of seating for large groups. Cookout on the propane grill or enjoy relaxing in the hammock while taking in the vast views of the main lake.
Living room is equipped with comfortable couches, cable television on a large HD television, and top it off with great views out the sliding glass doors of the water & nature.
Walkout basement has a giant leather sectional facing a wood burning fireplace with large HD cable television. Walk out the sliding glass door to the patio swing and relax to views and sounds of the lake!
The house has four large bedrooms and three full bathrooms. There are two master suites on the main floor. The first master has a walkout to the deck with water views. It is also equipped with a Serta king mattress & master bath with walk in closet. The second master also has a king bed and shares a full bathroom with the guest suite. Both masters have a twin mattress available for additional sleeping arrangements. The guest suite has a comfortable pillow top queen bed. The bedroom in the walk out basement has two queen beds and a twin. Also the leather sectional pulls out to a queen bed.
The house is also conveniently located within a mile of the public boat ramp, Northampton Marina, Shell Gas Station & Bait Shop. Within five miles there is food lion, Marine Napa, Ace Hardware & Bait Shop, Restaurants, Put Put Golf, Flea Market, Winery and more.
