This whole home rental features 3 bedrooms,1.5 baths, a spacious great room, fully equipped kitchen.
Modern Amenities:
Granite countertops, stainless appliances, custom Honduran woodwork, and vaulted 14-foot ceilings. Independent well with full water filtration and sanitation system and hot water. All linens, bath and beach towels, cutlery, and cookware are provided.

Location:
Our home is located in the up and coming New Jericho neighborhood. It is a5 minute drive/10 minute bike ride/ 25 minute walk to Utila's main street and town center. A scooter rental is available for your convenience (separate from house rental). If a mode of transportation is not in your travel plans or budget, no problem! Utila has many tuk tuks totake you where you need togo and can be easily contacted.
Energy Usage:
The nightly rental rate includes 15 kWh of power per day, sufficient for efficient A/C use. Overages are subject to additional fees.
