Positive: The owner was very polite & accommodating. Check-in was available between 3-4pm, but we arrived at 12pm, so we put a request for earlier check-in & then it was arranged for 12:30pm, very helpful owner with quick response. We really liked the apartment! It was very well presented, decorated & furnished, it was comfortable and included facilities to cover all needs, all of which facilities were brand new! It also included tea, coffee, sugar, plates, glasses, etc. We didn't ask how to use the cooker (also brand new, just like everything else) so we didn't use it. I used the washing machine (washing powder & softener were included to my surprise) & the drying rack/airer, they were all great. We only stayed for 2 nights so we didn't use the wardrobe which was spacious enough & also had space on top of it to store suitcases. It is located at the centre of the city which was ideal for us at the time. We would highly recommend it especially to couples, to a single person and to families with a child.

Negative: We didn't like that it is a semi-basement apartment, but it was newly refurbished apartment which made up for that. The only bad thing was the smell of sewage from the semi-basement floor of the main building, just outside the apartment. This is unfortunately a standard thing in city centres (sometimes in some buildings). The apartment was unaffected of that except a little smell in the bathroom. I suggested a solution to that: a small round cover for the small floor hole in the bathroom (that hole is a standard building sewage connector for every apartment). The owner was appreciative of my suggestion which shows their politeness & their care for their property.
