This home is located in the prestigious gated community of Lawson Rock with 24hr security and you're just short minutes from the beautiful beaches of West End and West Bay as well as all the attractions in between, such as Zip Lining, Nature Parks, Dolphin Encounters , Theme Parks, Restaurants serving the best local and international cuisine etc.
The home is fully furnished and has all the necessary appliances and utensils you need to make you feel right at home.
Owners and guests have access to the 3 community pools, a gym and a white Sandy Beach from where you can walk to many other destinations in Sandy Bay.
Within the community there is a deli open daily serving delicious meals and beverages always with a friendly smile.
The home is on a lot that faces the main street which has only gotten larger recently due to road expansions and improvements such as more lighting.
Lawson Rock is a vastly growing community and each new month brings a new a development.
The home is built according to Lawson Rock building codes and all building material is the same for each of the village lots and most of the others in the community, ie windows, roofing etc.
Coxen Hole is also within a short distance if you're in Roatan for business reasons.
There are many adventures on the East End that could also be arranged for our guests and we will be happy to co-ordinate however, solely at our discretion.
The home is cleaned once weekly by owners. No cleaning supplies will be provided to guests.
It's a two story home however only the lower level is rented wherein there's the master bedroom with en suite bathroom, a powder room, living, kitchen and dining area as well as a laundry room.
It is rented to accommodate no more than two guests at any one time.
Guests will be responsible for all electrical charges.
