Summary: The property is located in a residential area a short walk away from the main road through Istron. The location is quiet and affords generous sea and hill views.
Our 1-bedroom apartment was a good size for 2 people and the terrace was very spacious. The apartment was very clean and the kitchen was adequately equipped.
The bathroom was on the small side, particularly the shower cubicle, but no deal breaker as far as we were concerned.
No frills here, but everything was in working order, albeit it a little dated.
The owner, Veronika, gave us a very warm welcome despite our late evening arrival; she responded readily to text messages and was extremely kind and accommodating.
Kassandra Gardens is a lovely little place, superbly located for both hill walking or beach going, and the proximity of public transport make it possible to take day trips to other towns.
In short, we had a delightful stay, we look forward to going back and we have no hesitation to recommend this family-run establishment.

Summary: These bungalows offer a lovely stay. The only reason I gave four instead of five stars for 'property conditions and facilities' is to differentiate between this, a more traditional stay and that of a resort with higher end facilities, which for me does not have the same appeal. Veronika, the manager gave me a warm welcome when I arrived very early and made me breakfast while I waited for my bungalow to be prepared and she was helpful throughout the stay. It's an ideal location to the the beaches of Istron bay with restaurants and supermarkets, all within a five minute walk. Its peaceful, has a pool and lovely views with private balconies. I would highly recommend, its good value and an authentic experience. Thanks again Veronika :)

Summary: We are an amazing stay at the residence, where Vero and her staff took excellent care of us. The swimming pool is very enjoyable and the appartement spacious. I strongly recommend it.

Summary: Kassandra gardens is a beautiful and lovely place to stay at, really relaxing and well served. The owner will help you and she’s very nice. Very close to voulisma beach (3min walk), restaurants and super market. The apartment was pretty big, with everything you could need for your vacation. Definitely the best place in Creta.
