The villa is built in two levels, in a plot of 8327 sqm private land, surrounded by trees, flowers and beautiful gardens. The property offers extreme privacy and it is ideal for families with children and group of friends. The accommodation is bright and spacious, very attractively decorated and furnished to a high standard.
Villa Iremia has 3 comfortable bedrooms on the top floor, one master bedroom with en suite bathroom with a Jacuzzi bathtub and a separated dressing room. The second room is often used as an accommodation for children and the third room as an assistance room. There is a common toilet for these two bedrooms. All of the bedrooms are with double beds and balconies.
On the ground floor it features a fully equipped kitchen with a four seated table and a bar with stools and a spacious living room with an imposing fireplace and a capacious dining area for eight. On the same level there is a spacious well-furnished office or study room and a small guest toilet.
