This is a very modern condo with North American amenities. It is fully air-conditioned and has everything you will need. The master bedroom has a king sized bed. There is a second bedroom with with an en-suite bathroom that has 2 twin beds and they can be converted to a king size bed if you prefer that arrangement. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and blender. We provide 3 five gallon bottles of purified water and water delivery trucks go by everyday selling bottles for $1.50 USD. The living area has sofa, love seat, and includes a 40 inch Sony TV with American cable stations as well as a DVD player. There is a second TV/Cable/DVD in the Master Bedroom for those folks, like me, who like to watch TV or movies in bed. The patio has a table and chairs as well as a Propane BBQ.
As part of our rental service, we can arrange for anything and everything you want to do while on the island.
The condo also comes with a cell phone that can make and receive inexpensive local and international phone calls. Unlimited WIFI internet is also provided throughout the condo.
