- Tennis court overlooking the Cretan Sea just 5 min. drive from my place, in a beautiful natural setting . Available for rent, for 7 euro/hour.
MY NEIGHBORHOOD
-Rethymno is a lovely town with vivid Venetian and traditional architecture. The most characteristic sight of Rethymno is the Fortezza, a strong castle built in the Medieval times. Rethymno region is probably THE MOST UNSPOILT AREA in Crete.
-My neighborhood, Atsipopoulo village, is great. Narrow streets, kind friendly people, peacefull atmosphere.The houses have a unique beauty with patios, arched doors, roofs and terraces. You can feel on them concentrated Venetian art, oriental opulence and Cretan tradition.
It provides a wide choice of cafes, restaurants, bars and supermarkets selling all the fresh food and bread you would want during your stay.
