Located in the “heart” of Rethymnon you can wonder around and admire the architecture of the old town. 1km far from the beach and 400m far from the Venetian harbor is the best choice to meet life in Rethymnon! In 500m is the Fortezza Castle of Rethymnon, Historical and Folklore museum of Rethymnon in 300m.
Around the house there are restaurants, bars, café and anything you may want.

Interior
The Floor Apartments are the 2 apartments located on the 1st floor, the Studio and the Apartment. They cover 100m2, renovated in modern design and fully Air-Conditioned.
The Studio covers 35m2 and can sleep up to 3 people, two in a double bed (160x200cm) and one more in a sofa –bed. There is kitchen and bathroom with shower and a nice balcony to the alley in front of the building.
The Apartment covers 65m2 and can accommodate up to 6 people. It consists of two bedrooms with two double beds (160x200cm) each, and two bathrooms with shower. Two more people can be accommodated in a sofa-bed, as it becomes a double bed.
Each apartment has fully equipped kitchen.
Exterior
On the second floor, each apartment has its private roof-garden of the studio with the charcoal BBQ, ideal to relax during the warm summer evenings.
