Positive: Lovely little studio overlooking the sea and gardens. Fabulous view from balcony, so tranquil with the most amazing sunrises. Thoroughly enjoyed every minute of our stay. Stavros the owner is genuinely a really nice guy, helpful and caring throughout our stay, room was cleaned every day . Would highly recommend Ballas apartments. Garden leads down to the sea where there is access to the water - overall just a great place , hopefully will come back again 😁
