Summary: The hotel has the friendliest and most helpful staff - especially in the restaurant. The only staff I found a bit annoying were the spa ladies who tried to sell you treatments right when you come out of the main restaurant. The treatment I had was okay but not really worth the money. We had swim-up rooms and unfortunately there were ants in my bathroom which should have been noticed by the cleaning staff. The rooms were okay but you could see tear and wear on the furniture which was a shame. The property with all the plants and trees is amazing. The gardeners do a fantastic job and it is a joy to walk around the property.
