Summary: There are some harsh comments in the review section, but I completely disagree. First, the rooms are incredibly affordable for the location. When you actually visit, the staff are extremely kind and friendly, and they handle things properly. While there isn't always someone at the front desk, the phone number is clearly listed, and if you call, they respond immediately. If you're not expecting hotel-level service but rather renting a room in an apartment, these conditions are perfect. The rooms are old but clean, and the beds are comfortable. My room is a two-bedroom unit and very spacious. They clean the room perfectly every day. Hot water works fine too. For this price, renting a spacious apartment unit is a great deal. If you're not looking for hotel-style service but rather a reasonably priced, relaxing place to stay, I highly recommend this place. Oh, and the wifi is fast enough – video calls to Japan worked perfectly without any issues.
