It has been built 20 meters in a hill, taking advantage of the circulation of the fresh Aegean air which then getting into the house from the big holes at the back side of the building.
This architecture technique helps the house to be cool over day. In combination with the green roof, most of the time, there is no need to turn on air-conditioning as the temperature is 5 - 6 Celsius degrees lower than an ordinary house.Also, the way It has been constructed, giving you the impression that there are no other houses around and living in the nature (!).
Most of the materials that have been used are from that plot such as the stones and the flowers as well as have been used natural materials, such as marbles and wood. The unique architecture will allow you to have an infinity pool and sea view(!)
