Positive: On the positive side, communication via WhatsApp works very well. The staff are very helpful and are happy to assist with other arrangements, such as car rental. We also recommend the ferry-to-hotel shuttle service — the driver was very friendly and approachable, and gave us some great recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. The main highlights were the location, right in front of a beach (although it’s certainly not one of the best), and the convenience of being able to park directly in front of the hotel.
Negative: We had high expectations, but unfortunately left feeling a little disappointed. We stayed in a room next to the main building, and the bathroom had a very low ceiling. I’m 1.80 m tall and had to shower slightly bent over. The soundproofing seems to be quite good, but the kitchen area is let down by a lack of quality. There is a small stove, which is sufficient, but the kitchen utensils are limited and noticeably worn out.
Summary: Good, but…
