Summary: We were told that breakfast was provided by the hotel upon check in but were then charged $18 per person after eating cold eggs and dry toast. The wifi didn't work the entire time of our stay and when we called down to the front desk we were told to call IT and spend 30+ minutes with someone that couldn't help us and actually got mad at us. The key fob on the front door kept falling off so we didn't feel safe and the only interaction we had was from a bot that didn't help or provide any resolution to our problems. When we finally were able to find someone at the front desk to ask for more towels we were rudely brushed off and the items we requested were never brought up. I have had wonderful experiences at other Marriotts but I will never stay here again. There was never any resolutions to our issues or any type of accommodations to make it better.
